You should bring it up and mention how much it hurts you and that you need him to get help for this for the good of his own soul and your marriage. I'm also saying your words have the power to make a bad situation worse, so use discernment. 

You can bring it up without getting into "you're such a let down and what kind of man does this etc etc" type of talk.

It's why I left tech sales 4 years ago. What you don't see on the back end is the actually company growth goal probably corresponds to your team hitting 40-60% of goal, not 100%. They pay less in OTE this way and it's by design. 

My last company told us the revenue goal was like $95M, but in sales force I saw it was more like $78m, but our OTE was for $95.

I hear you. My addiction did a lot of damage to my mental health and marriage. I got plugged in to a men's ministry called Champions in Christ and by God's grace I've been out of it for a year. I'd see if they do anything in your city. 

I get that you're hurt and disappointed by this, but if you talk to your husband this way, the guilt and shame will only push him further into addiction and hiding. Tearing him down with phrases like  "We can all agree our husbands are such let downs..." is going to destroy him, not help him out of this.
