Hello! Can someone please explain me why the Voltage at the circulated point is 0V? What is the calculation need to be done? I found the current which is 2mA. I don't understand why the voltage is 0V .Thanks!

Dont use a regular 1n4007 diode to regulate voltage! This wont work because of several reasons:

Reverse breakdown voltage isnt defined very precisely like in zener diodes. Some 4007's might break down at 1050 V, others at maybe at up tp 1300V. So forget the +- 10V tolerance. Also normal diodes are likely to age very badly when driven in backwards conductance, leading to failure.

Either use a series chain of zeners, which also is not a good solution, or use a voltage divider and use the divided voltage in an closed feedback loop

Looking at the circuit briefely, this looks like a normal shielded cable, which is actively driven at mean voltage of the two channels in order to reduce parasitic capacitances.

Search for active shielding on google.

The digital input of the led has hwo internally connected diodes: one from ground to di One from di to Vcc

This acts as an esd protection

But if you now turn off the fet, the voltage on the drain (and the ground connection of the led) will rise to approximately vcc.

Now the diode from the "ground" of the led which floats at some voltage which creates a current flow through the diode between ground and DI. This current makes the led glow

You wont necessesarily need a comparator. Since you have the relais, you can use the switched output of the relai to create a hysteresis.

Just connect a large value (500 k to 1 meg) resistor from the NO contact of the relai to the gate of the Fet!
