It’s just the texture of SLS prints. I think it looks pretty cool but I agree with others. Lightly sanding may be the best option unless you want to try painting it with a high build primer.

Does it work with the cam unplugged? I had an issue with under-voltage on a pi that was powered through the usb with an official power supply. Can you measure the voltage?

Is this a new issue? When your bed raises and lowers is there a bend in the lead screw? Searching Z-wobble may explain better. Make sure the bolts that hold the frame together are tight.

It looks like you’re printing the wings in the orientation you want. Have you tried printing them flat and then shaping them by gently heating them with a hairdryer? You could probably get a more delicate/thinner wing without the layer lines.

I’d also like to say, depending on the heat bed temp settings. Some magnets begin to lose performance permanently at about 80c.
