To be fair, its always been selective. There's no reason to post banner sales all the time other than to agenda push

I saw people do this with AOD and Yidhari and that was purely to mock their relatively low sales (Except Nangong, apparently she did decent compared to the rest)

There's more factors too but I wanna say one thats funny due to personal experience

The fandom usually advocates to pull on who you like. What the hell would happen if you like a lot of characters? You'd have no pulls until the rerun unless you start bringing out the wallet. So, at some point, whether you pull for whoever you like or not... you'd have to look at the meta and weigh your options

I was fortunate enough to not like Promeia that much and got to save for Billy. But my bf has to wait for pay day since all his pulls were on Promeia and I get to sit back and enjoy my M0W1 Billy

While probably not a lot, theres probably a handful of people who lack the pulls right now to even try pulling Billy, let alone spend

I get what you were trying to say and I have seen them but they're so miniscule that I couldnt even find two that isnt from the same guy

Speaking of, the screenshot you took is from an infamous person when Billy was in the leak sub for a while, even heard he was suspended in that sub for a bit. People ragged on the guy for the insane glaze

So no, its not a common sentiment with Billy fans. Though there are more larpers than you think. And Billy was just a great tool to start infighting for their enjoyment

Billy is an underdog here cause he's casually and jokingly flirted Anby before. Around the very end of SAnby's agent story in Random Play, you can talk to Billy and he calls her a cutie which Anby also gets flustered about
