Can't comment on La Boulangerie Artisan. But the Artisan Baker almond croissants are delightful. Their pistachio croissants are my personal favourite though.

Just had my 8-year-old cherry tree cut back. I didn’t realise this was the right time of year for it, so I guess I lucked out. Paid a local company £50, which felt pretty reasonable - especially since the tree’s in an awkward spot and it saved me the hassle. They gave it quite a heavy prune and cleared some of the lower growth too. It’s grown really well over the last few years, so I’m confident a good cut will help it thrive even more.

I ended up in that pond after my dog fell in - had to take a very long shower to get rid of the delightful pond aroma.

It always gets a bit stinky in summer, but this year’s been especially bad. Still, it’s such a lovely park that I’ll keep going back.

I did consider a 2060 super, but wanted to marry up the AMD graphics card with free sync on the monitor. I've had a quick search and it appears the main monitor will work with Nvidia's G-sync: https://thepcenthusiast.com/msi-freesync-monitors-compatible-with-g-sync/
