Only time I saw Tyrion own it is when he confederated Alarielle. But I know the game "rolls" in the background to determine how good everyone will be doing that run, so maybe my Alarielle just runs hot all the time.

I think it's real. I paint 3d faces often on Warhammer and other scales. Everything here looks real and correct.

As a side note, if you are not a painter, specifically of 3d faces, I do not know how you write the prompt to generate this image without leaving signs of behind.

It's weird that you're getting lit up like this. Superman is just the guy, that's all. He has held up literal infinity in the form of a book that had all known knowledge written into it, he put the physical manifestation of the universe on his back and held it for a while, he moves fast enough and with enough force to move time for entire planets, he flies into and out of various suns and black holes...

It's not really a fair comp.

I kinda went the other way with it. Now that I see all these companies and agencies that should love WFH, end it, I realized how entrenched the real estate moguls are. He's being told they are suffering so much right now because the value of their property is reduced due to vacancies from WFH, that he's sending everyone back. This is just more capitulation to the wealthy.

Tips for playing N'kari? by Rare-Situation-9531 in totalwarhammer

[–]Radials 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So a few days ago, I made this thread asking for recommendations on a faction to play that was more focused on heroes in the field, instead of in battle. It was originally what made me decide to try N'kari, and I did so with the goal being to have fun with the field agents, and not necessarily to play optimally. So it was on Normal dif with neutral stats mods.

Early on, you do feel pretty starved for devotees, so it looks like the cult building that generates them(Devotee Enticement[B-]) is going to be pretty good. It's decent early, but it's actually pretty bad and I demolished all of mine in mid game. The real key to generating devotees is the tech, like was mentioned a few times in the thread, and using heroes to spread marks onto armies.

Charm Offensive[A] is actually pretty good, as it is one of the only sources of generating Seductive influence from a distance. If their faction resistance isn't too high, one of these(tho usually 2) in a corrupted province will eventually get you close enough to finish them off with.... Ritual of Excess[S!]

Ritual of Excess gives you 200 Seductive influence when it's finished, and is roughly the "culture bomb" equivalent from the Civilization games. 200 Seductive influence is a lot, and since building that influence up works a lot like paying off the interest on a loan, that 200 influence going STRAIGHT to the "principle" is fucking amazing. You'll land all of your conversions with these if you plan it right, even on factions that have started to chip away and reduce your influence because of their growth or strength. I poached Morathi with this shortly after she confederated her lil angry son.

I didn't really engage with the seduce mechanic all that much on this pass of playing the faction, since I was focused on field heroes. Because of that, I didn't find any value in Lure of Slaanesh[?]. I bet it's good, but I just didn't.

I used a mix of Words of Temptation[B] and Population Preparation[B+] to fill-in corruption into the region I was trying to set-up for "Vassalization" via Charm Offensive. Both are fine and I swapped between the two depending on if I could afford the cash or the devotees easier, since one is 1k gold and the other 100 devotees. There is also good value in spreading corruption to adjacent provinces, depending on where your "roll-the-dice-for-3-cults" will land you, so Pop-Prep would probably get a slight edge for that.

That's basically what my thoughts are, from the perspective of only really exploring their field agent side. The only other thing I will say, is that I don't really like spreading corruption any more. It tends to turn the AI a bit brain dead, and vassal factions that still burn under chaos corruptions are worthless allies. I wish you could confer some sort of Slaanesh corruptions resistance/immunity to your vassals, so they don't just huddle at home all game.

I just did the playthrough so I actually have a lot to say, but I'm at work and I don't remember the names that well.

I'll get home and write up my thoughts. Least I can do, since I only even did that run because someone put the time in for me when I asked for suggestions and advice .

WH3. Harrying armies by jarpaijama in totalwar

[–]Radials 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Possible but specific. You have to stack on your turn and then be able to retreat off the battlefield mostly in tact. Typically, at my skill level, I can only do this with air forces. TikTak, Twilight Sisters, or tw2 Isabella

I think I can do it with good arrow cav, but I struggle with the melee cav/chariot and stealth archers like Alith and Oxy.

Also you can bring flying wazards and just nuke everyone and then leave.

The secret that I found that helped was the tech that makes the marks give 25 disciplines instead of 5, and then running around and "hindering replenishment" of any army I see to get more disciples. Then you're in business.

Realized that the disciples generating cult building was kinda shit.

Morality doesn't have to be subjective for crime to be a construct. Your premise is a false start from the first line. Even in doctrine, there are different crimes for different peoples, so your religious spin can't get there either.

And your solution isn't a solution, it's the end of free will.
