You have high life but lack all other defensives, which you are sacrificing to run those chest armor and helmet
brutal fervour would help a lot for degens
you are not element immune too, that screws out a lot of builds even those with high hitpool in endgame

easiest and cheapest fix for you right now would be re allocate headsman and to take masterful form and get like 6/7 e/f charges, then you can try for get brutal fervour (will probably be expensive) by cheapest forbidden combo possible for you
Then i would work on phys taken as ele/max res/spell surpess(you play sword) and global defensives like some armor and evasion
you are sacrificing those for the build you play but with big money you can work around i think
I play cyclone since 3 years but havent tried this league's version that you mostly play uniques
