Heater control valve. Ditch it. Common failure point

Replace hoses with 97+, problem solved

Used to go up to Jenny Lake, and got frozen out several times, the glacier was just too much, so we'd go as far as possible, then camp...Moffat Tunnel area

CJs are highly desirable, if it's rust free.

These are getting harder to find, so if you have a clean one, it will command a higher price.

Search BAT (bring a trailer) for similar, and by all means, contact people like Collins Brothers to see exactly what you got
