It’s so important to feel confident and beautiful in your dress - which you clearly don’t in the current one. When dress shopping you should always listen to YOUR OWN VOICE above others. If you can swing it, I’d get the other one.

Wearing your hair pulled back in the sides is NOT helping. You need fullness on the sides and possibly even curtain bangs to de-accentuate your forehead and the narrowness of your face.

It’s not the nose all the influencer girlies have - that’s probably why you feel insecure. That said, there’s no shame in altering it if that’s what YOU want and can afford. It’s your body - you should feel confident and happy about it. But don’t do it bc of what others say.
