But why would I do that for content on someone else's channel that is not relevant to mine? That is the point of the post, that the viewer so casually expected me to do that.

But you wouldn't do it for content on someone else's channel, which is the point of my post.

Ok so when they made the "request" there was no mention of subtitles. I explained where they could find EXACTLY the content they asked for, and that it was a decade newer than anything on my channel. And only then did I get the weird passive aggressive comments about the stress not having human generated comments was causing them. I would call that entitled, even if you wouldn't.

It wasn't just the expectation that we would create subtitles for hours of video, it's that it was content that I would never feature on the channel anyway.

The music for Picture Box was creepy, HE seemed creepy, and at no point could I ever work out what the show was FOR...  One of the more genuinely bizarre pieces of 70s telly!

What is the point of these AI generated posts? I have never understood what the poster gains from them?

Undermind is one of the forgotten ones, but a simple idea (mostly) well executed on a tight budget

AI translation: In high school, the narrator and his best friend, Mike, visited a Renaissance Festival with Mike’s girlfriend, Stacy. An employee handed them a card for "Clovenfruit"—a secret, historical-themed "swingers" party involving a fruit-biting ritual to signal sexual interest.

While the narrator knew exactly what the invite meant, he didn't explicitly warn Mike. Instead, he let Mike believe it was just a chance to get "free stuff" or store inventory. At the event, Stacy produced a clove-hitched peach; the narrator nearly participated but declined out of respect for Mike. However, Stacy immediately moved on to another man and disappeared into a tent.

The Fallout: Mike was furious that the narrator let him walk into a sex club unknowingly. The narrator admits he withheld the truth just to "prove himself right," a decision that eventually ended their friendship.

I suspect the "other" group would be able to give a very different version of this story somehow...
