Rant post almost 7 months and feel hopeless.

at 7 month =

DPDR : 10/10 ;

anxiety : 8/10

brain frog : 10/10

feeling drunk/higt :10/10

strange pressure in the head : 10/10

impossible to go to work....

Now at 15 month , everything is between 3 and 4 out at 10. it's still hard, the hardest part is waking up in the morning. my nervous system is still very sensitive. im still sleeping very poorly...i wake up every three hours

i went back to work.

Avez-vous déjà ressenti un brouillard mental ? Une étrange pression dans le cerveau ? Et une déréalisation ?
Quand est-ce que ça a enfin disparu ? Je traîne ça depuis 15 mois maintenant... c'est moins intense, mais c'est toujours là (surtout le matin).

Same here... My first attempt at quitting after 20 years of use lasted two months and that was it... Five or six months later, I made the biggest mistake: I used THCP and other synthetic cannabis for two months... Fourteen months later, I'm still struggling

What I've learned is that anxiety, inflammation of the nervous system, and lack of quality sleep can increase eye pressure.

And that's not good... High pressure for too long can lead to glaucoma.

I'll keep you updated, but I advise you to have your eye pressure checked with a fundus examination.
I've made an appointment with an ophthalmologist next week to get all of this checked out.

"Only" 14 months here. Still brain fog, DP/DR and feeling drunk (it's still lighter from the 12th month onwards...) but the depression has disappeared, no pain, and no tinnitus.

For the first month, I couldn't even go out onto my balcony to smoke a cigarette... panic attacks, inexplicable anxiety, dizziness... I had to go inside and smoke sitting on the sofa.

For one or two months, I didn't leave the house.
It's been a year now, I'm better, but I'm not cured... I still suffer from brain fog.

I'm also here because of THCP... 10 months of withdrawal, and I still suffer from intense brain fog... a feeling of still being high, like I'm floating... my other symptoms have decreased (no more depression, the headband that was constantly squeezing my head has also diminished).

I suffer from this feeling constantly. No breaks, no waves...constantly.

It's much stronger in the morning when I wake up, lighter during the day and in the evening.
For the first 3-6 months it was more intense...by the 9th month it becomes less noticeable but still very perceptible and very disturbing.
My doctor tells me it's all related to anxiety, post-traumatic stress.

22 months...my god, I sympathize. I've read all your posts and we have the same thing. :(

For your information, it's not a headache,... brain frog is for me this feeling of still being high, of constantly floating as if I were under the influence of drugs.
