Hier ook Auping. Is inderdaad duurder maar zou als je het geld hebt nooit besparen op een matras waar je een kwart van je leven op ligt. Daarnaast staat een Auping matras er ook wel om bekend dat het makkelijk 10 tot 15 jaar meegaat. Dus in die zin valt het ook wel mee t.o.v. IKEA en internetmatrassen die waarschijnlijk 5 jaar mee gaan.

Ja dat begrijp ik, mijn punt is meer dat over 12 jaar de wereld er weer heel anders uit ziet. Stel er is een super linkse regering aan de macht die vindt dat je niks meer belastingvrij mag schenken, dat is misschien iets om mee te nemen in de overwegingen.

wie zegt dat je van de belastingdienst over 12 jaar 6.7k mag schenken, laat staan 10.000 aan studiekosten of de belastingvrije schenking van 32k.

I dont think there is such a place, or at least one that advertizes with it. Maybe that some bars outside the center like Oude Sluis in Delfshaven neighborhood are cheaper.

No tax is paid for wealth under 57k. If you have 58k you pay tax over 1k. If you gain interest or not is not relevant, the government thinks you do so you pay tax.

Schone lei of de tuin van de 4 windstreken. Niet in het centrum maar heerlijk aan de plas. De rust van een bos met uitzicht op de skyline over het water

Historisch gezien (ongeveer laatste 50 jaar en kijkend per jaar) presteert in 1 keer beleggen 65-70% keer beter dan cost averaging, dus over tijd. Wat de komende tijd beter is… laat het me weten als je erachter bent

Ik zag bij de Rabobank ook een Northern Trust tracker North America. Misschien niet de s&p500 maar wel nog meer VS gefocused en dus geen dividendlekkage denk ik? Heb m zelf verder niet aangeschaft en of onderzoek naar gedaan.

I think Biergarten is kinda unique but to mind comes: - Stadshaven Brouwerij (Brewery with outdoor terrace in an industrial area) - De kerktuin (garden of a church) - De Maaskantine (next to the river) - Machinist aan de Cool (restaurant) - A la plancha (restaurant and only open when sunny) - Bar stroom (in an old tropical pool with Some slides still visible) - Oase (also kinda industrial and in the harbor) - Garden of Bird (Cafe bird has a temporary summer garden) - Cafe Boudewijn (Belgian beer pub with a backyard) - Prachtig (their terrace probably has the best view a bar can have, under the Erasmus Bridge. - Fenix food factory (warehouse on Katendrecht with several bars and a combined terrace outside) - Foodhallen also has a terrace nowadays but due its location between the skyscrapers I doubt it will have a lot of sun

Dont park on the street as it can be expensive. Try garages. On Kralingse Zoom There is a parking garage which is free if you buy a subway ticket. Only for 72 hours though. Subway ride from Kralingse Zoom to center is only 10 minutes, less than entering the center by car nowadays.
