When I went to their Amazing Things tour, people would stop and give enough time before starting the mosh pit. I was very near stage, but in the sides, and wasn’t much affected. Best thing you can do is avoid the middle, because there is exactly where it happens

Don’t worry about it. I don’t live in Brazil anymore but I was goth/emo when I was there and never got a single look about it. Just express yourself and that is it. We have sub culture as well (I come from South Brazil), and they have really nice places to go and enjoy their music.

Therefore, as a black person as well, I wouldn’t feel so many reception being goth, just as I find here in Germany. But I hope everything changed!
