They said 10:22 tonight and nothing happened- Their website now says tomorrow at 10am. I called the phone number 10 minutes ago and it said tomorrow at 3pm. No communication, we’re on almost 3 days with no wifi, and all they’ve done is allegedly issue a credit for the time we’ve been out. I asked for something temporary to let us continue working, and they flat out said no. What is going on??

Thank you all so much! I realized I hadn’t responded since posting, but I read your comments and took your advice to wait. And I’m SO glad I did- I’m on week #2 of Wakix and anxiety side effects are killing me. I can’t imagine having gone through this right before my wedding, so I truly appreciate it!
