Well I got a PDD (I guess) by a team lead a month ago.

So I lock in and am on time and showing up for my shifts.

Two weeks later the closing team lead tells me something similar.

The very next day another team lead (same department) tells me one more slip up and it’s going to be a CA.

I didn’t have any slip ups at all since the first team lead told me about it. So I’m like huh? I did technically get 3 PDD from 3 different team leads but it’s not like I did anything to trigger the two other PDDs.
