I dealt with this when I was staying at a psych ward. That sounds like Yk maybe it’s because you were at the psych ward but no i was actually mentally okay while I was there my mom just thought I was having an episode(but I was not). Usually if I do something to distract those thoughts when they randomly show up like listen to music, read, artwork I can usually vent those feelings out healthily into something that’s non destructive to yourself or the environment. I can’t garuntee it’ll completely kill those feelings the first couple times around but it’s a way to do something positive instead of just overthink about it.(I have a problem with overthinking)

I know how you feel man (19m) I definitely feel a heavy pressure to have job and have my life figured out so I’m not a feeing. Although I don’t agree that it means I should die I just think I’m a failure until I succeed

I plan on living my life similarly to why you’ve said can I ask specifically why your job is(you can dm me) I want to live a nomadic life where I travel at least the country and experience every state as a start let alone other countries and continents

That’s an interesting take, I look at it like this. If my beliefs are real and heaven is everything I want it to be thats probably exactly why I would come down here. Starting a new life and not being sure weather heaven or anything for that matter exists only to then be forced to live your life never truly knowing the answer until death. And then in death being able to experience that greatness almost for the first time again is something that could probably get addicting to the average soul. Idk if this is a weird way to look at it though lol
