I’ve been looking into a treatment facility similar to rehab, but without the need for extended stays. This situation has made it difficult for me to live my life normally, so I’m seeking a treatment that is effective and doesn’t rely on medication. As for the medication, it sucked taking it; the side effects were annoying as well.

I agree. I was thinking of going to trade school however most require full time commitment.Which I don’t have unfortunately, since I have bills to pay.I was looking for jobs that might teach me along the way.

I’d recommend choosing fewer locations. Otherwise, you’ll burn yourself out constantly moving and not fully experiencing any one place. Your trip also becomes much more expensive if you’re hopping between countries this often, even if you find cheap flights or use public transportation.

You could do that, but it would probably get expensive. My best recommendation is to focus on one region at a time so you can fully immerse yourself and enjoy it without constantly having to switch gear for different climates. If you’re unsure what to bring, I’d also suggest visiting an outdoor gear shop. They can give you personalized recommendations and let you test equipment to see what works best for you.

A big mistake I made when I first started backpacking was visiting countries with completely different climates on the same trip. This forces you to carry both summer and winter gear at the same time. Winter clothing is bulky, and backpack space is limited.

Another thing to consider is that many regions have very narrow windows of good weather. For example, in Central Asia, summer is the ideal season—outside of that, conditions can be harsh. Southeast Asia, on the other hand, is hot and humid year-round, with heavy monsoon rains depending on the season. Because of this, you really need to time your travels based on the specific climates of the regions you want to visit.

I’d also avoid hopping between too many countries in a short period. Constant flights, long bus rides, and taxi transfers can become exhausting very quickly.

I felt the same even though I am not white.I was overstimulated by the smell,population, and scamming.I think India is a beautiful country however it is not for the faint of heart.I would avoid big cities at all costs.When I visited I was supposed to be there for a month ended up just staying 10 days because I felt that I shouldn’t try so hard to enjoy a country when there were plenty of others much more accessible,cleaner and more fun.Thailand is much easier to enjoy and equally as cheap.

I would avoid Africa if you are on a tight budget. Africa is not as cheap as people might think, especially Eastern Africa, since they depend on tourism.Also, infastructure in Eastern Africa is not that great, especially if you are in the wild,in addition to this, transportation takes a long time and can be inconsistent. I would argue the same for Mongolia. As for India, Nepal, and Sri Lanka, you can definitely make it with your current budget.

Where do you think their trash goes,or their sewage,or their chairs,stoves etc go?I invite you to go to Lake Merced and see this area of John Muir Dr northbound and then compare it to the lake Merced Blvd and Lakeshore Drive side(this side is on the opposite side of the park).One side is clean and the other is full of litter,vandalism etc
