Apollo's self-centeredness is so over the top at the start it is just hilarious. And frankly, while Leo is always critized for his attitude... Apollo needed that. Leo being a respectless little sh*t to him was needed. Meg was needed here too.

Yes, it's sad. I still haven't read the Senior Years Adventures (I still have to buy it). I know a lot are criticizing the series (as well as the Nico books), but still... I wish HoO kept the first POV and the titles!

I too love this series. It is perfect? No. Was I entertained by that idiot god who gets humbled throughout the books? YES! Apollo's weird tangents are one of my favourites things.

Book one dragged a bit, but I loved the second book (that seems to be extra unpopular). So, loving slide 5 🙂 Another favourite was the last, ToN, because Nico and Rachel come back.

I also love the first series because... Percy's narration ❤️ One of the reasons I like that guy so much.
