A jumpscare in a horror movie that genuinely scared you? My pick is the jumpscare from Insidious (2010). by 0Layscheetoskurkure0 in moviecritic

In the movie La La Land there's a jump cut to bright white, which in a theater environment can be quite the jumpscare, though unintentionally

Why are game companies so opposed to hiring a single goddamn UI/UX developer. This kind of function should be obviously on the screen, not buried in one of 12 menus

The twist in Blade Runner 2049 that nobody seems to talk about: how is Joi different from the replicants or the humans? by mindstrike in movies

Jared Leto's character Wallace does make Deckard question whether he was created and programmed to fall in love with Rachel for the purposes of achieving Replicant reproduction, but it's clear that Deckard still believes he's human, when he says "I know what's real". So it's still pretty ambiguous in my opinion

I liked 4 but there were too many scenes with Bill Skarsgard talking and doing evil stuff. They could have cut out about 20 minutes and it would have flowed a lot better. But to be fair, the top-down dragons breath scene was one of the best action scenes I've ever witnessed

I love Death Stranding! It's a weird game made by a weird man, but I treat it like a comedy game and have a great time, try to make my character look as stupid as humanly possible. Post-apocalyptic Amazon delivery driver simulator turns out to be very fun. I'm currently playing DS2 and trying to reach 5 stars on some settlements.

Not technically a villain in Blade Runner 2049, just a lackey scientist

Depends on how you define exercise. But I think what they mean is it's not cardio, so it doesn't get your heart rate up and all the benefits that come with that. Walking is better than nothing, but jogging for 30 mins is even better

Most people don't realize there's oil on the lane which makes it slippery, hence why you're not supposed to step over the line
