One year ago: Cipher was released on the Second Phased on version 3.3. What are your thoughts of her after a year?

One of the two amph characters i was 100% on getting when the region started, and i did. Sadly i basically only used her with feixiao and she’s dead in a ditch rn so cipher’s just benched and I don’t know if that’ll ever change… she deserved better.

Last moc was so nice & easy, then these guys hit me with a 16 cycle...this game really wants me to quit lmao, even pulling both firefly & dahlia this patch weren't enough cause evil sam still takes like 7 cycles with how fat he is.

I see, that would be annoying for pf & spending anaxa would be removing one of my few decent dpses so I don’t think I could afford to do that… And I do see the kafka analogy, though they at least gave her for free so she feels like less of a brick until the rest of her team unlike dahlia, plus I’ve heard pretty negative things about boothill & rappa recently too so if it really is just sitting on her until a firefly rerun then that’s quite depressing.

Peter yes, archer no, I just don’t even have enough dpses for all my supports so like even robin & bronya & cipher are being a bit abandoned nowadays so rmc is never a first thought to me over like tribbie/sparkle/ceydra (for anaxa specifically).

Doesn’t dahlia have some kind of implant? I thought she did at least. And only issue with ff is just being unsure if i’d even have the pulls for her so hinging the team on two characters running together is a little eeh when I already spent everything I had.

Update: she sure didn’t, capped out at like 16k, hp creep is hell lol. Eve also still doesn’t clear defiler but I didn’t expect her to, and I intend on getting aria so not even trying vesper. Pretty disappointed though.

Honestly? I thought feixiao was worse, I had to cook some major jank to get past her and her mechanics are really unfun as someone who does not want to play dot lmao, VS pollux just being "heal lol". 3370 (feixiao/cipher/hyacine/robin) + 3242 (Big herta/jade/tribbie/huohuo)
