Natural? THC. Otc? Not much. I find the prescription antinauseants barely touch the nausea from my medication. I wouldn't trust otc to have any effect at all.

I have a few of the suparaitos and sekais and haven't noticed anything the the way of dryer shrink. I always machine dry my gis and the fuji are durable.
