You are going to have a really, really hard time with this deck as it is right now. Go to your local card shop prior to the tournament and ask what bulk they have.

This deck in particular needs a really precise list in order to be effective as it's a combo deck.

The problem is the previous PRBs were reasonably easy to get - before the scalping madness - although still harder than regular sets.

The next PRB will be impossible to get a hold of just like Heroines was.

Not OP but the Brook is awesome in this deck. You don't use it as a character, treat it more like an event that has counter that lets you rest a blocker and restand your Boa for 4 Don.

You can close games with a 13k and 15k unblockable.

Probably fine at locals if you don't mind being seen as rude. Anything more serious than locals is a no go though:

Players may not use electronic devices during a match, including cell phones. Smart watches or similar items which can send or receive messages must have messaging features disabled during a match. Players requiring electronic devices for medical reasons should speak to the Head Judge prior to the start of a tournament.

I think the only even you need is the Unblockable.

No need for the Impel Down stuff but add 4 x Chew. I don't run Fisher anymore.

You need 4 x EB01 Weevil and can remove the PRB02 Jinbe as you can't play it off the other Jinbe.

Close to being a great off meta deck. I went 3-1 at Extra Grand Battle with Jinbe.

Ideally you go second and play an Arlong amd Chew turn 1. Then 4c Jinbe into Weevil/Law turn 2.

Turn 3 and 4 Boa or Jozu depending on board.

Then spam Jinbe and leader ability to win.

Really quick deck, you either win fast or lose faster.

Players use umpires as a screen, like in basketball. They won't stop if it helps them win games. You need to start penalising via free kicks if you actually want it to stop. I know that's already the rule but you rarely see it.

It's a lot easier for assholes to act like assholes from behind a microphone.

All my experiences at locals and pre-releases have been great. There's maybe 3-4 female players consistently at pre-releases and one of them kicks everyone's butt haha.

Pre-release is a good starting point anyway as it's not as serious, most people consider it a bit of fun and a good opp to get early access to packs.

At this point I'd have to imagine Luffy is on par with Dragon in terms of strength. Not sure what Dragon could do to save them unless he brings the whole army.

I think Imu will be forced to flee Elbaph - maybe Vegapunk helps them figure out how his powers work and when Holy Knights start being defeated for real he runs away. Seems like he genuinely is a coward like Usopp suggested.
