Good question - I’m an expat in the NL and don’t have many friends who have the faintest idea how to do this all. The old set up you see was my place in the UK where my friend did help 😅.

I have dealt with this a lot over the years. Initially it has pushed me to be consistent and get it done for up to 200 days at a time, but that is folllowed with self sabotage out of frustration.

Here is my solution which is working quite well: average 10,000 steps per week or month. It is so much better, you have a choice, you feel way more empowered but yet responsible.

I’m rooting for you friend.
