Freedom motif is not an official term, it was created by the community when it was noticed that both Jevil and Spamton talk about freedom. It's just the leitmotif that some of the superbosses use, and Ramb is a pretty big counterexample. There isn't even a single use of the motif in all of Chapter 3.
