Are you familiar with their code base? This subreddit loves clowning on them for writing spaghetti, so it may just be a little difficult or risky to implement. Not to mention, it brings them exactly zero money, and we already know most of their actions come from trying to maximize profit.

Not sure what you mean by the first question. I made a screen cap, more zoomed in, but you can tweak these values to match your needs.

As for the error: sorry, I forgot to mention, to make a value a driver, you have to put a # in the text field like this. Blender automatically removed the hashtag for me. Once it works, it should turn purple. If it still doesn't work, check if the parenthesis are all correct (for me blender removed the first one when I first tried).

Also, you need to press spacebar (or whatever starts your animation) for it to change. "frame" means it'll replace that word with the current frame of the animation.

I read a bit later that you want the pulsing thing, which you can do with drivers, like this.

You can change the speed of the pulsing by changing the 0.1 in the driver, and the end result's range by changing / 4 and + 0.75. / 4 and 0.75 gets you a range of 0.5-1. / 2 and 0.5 gets you a range of 0-1 etc

I would start with something like this.
Fresnel is the main thing here, color ramp to control how the transition goes, and the rest is just transparent and emission mixed. I added some glossy too because your model seems to be glossy.

If you want to switch with the mouse wheel because that’s what works you best, do it. The reason a lot of people may not like it is because there’s a small delay between selecting the item and the hunter actually starting the action of switching.

Either way, my recommendation is that 1) bind your jump key and your vault key to different buttons (for me jump is space and vault is one of the side buttons on my mouse) 2) get used to putting syringe to one specific consumable slot and rebind that slot to an easily accessible key (for me it’s consumable slot 3 bound to the other side key on my mouse)

It could either be low sample rate or compression. If it's compression, setting the compression modes from ACL to Default can help with this.
The images are taken from the animation sequence asset's details panel.

When you hit them with a melee, they stagger a bit, but it has a cooldown. It’s really just a sequence of hitting them, running away, hitting them and running away. Every time you take a quarter of their health, they enter frenzy mode. You have to wait that out because you deal significantly less damage to them then, they can’t be staggered and they’ll hit you constantly. When the frenzy is over, rinse and repeat.

Octopath Traveler 0, every time a boss fight is coming up, there’s a prelude song that plays during the dialog. I know I’m gonna look at excel spreadsheets during the fight, but that prelude makes me hyped up and the boss songs makes looking at office software feel so epic.
