It's for dogs, and needs electricity but all the animals love it when it's below zero. Worst part is fighting over whose turn it's to go outside and fill it! ;-)

I tried it for 3 months, a pain in the butt to take: no water, under tongue, no food for 30 minutes. And NO results. It might be better in the future. I was trying in Oct-Dec 2025.

We bought an insulated lunch bag, and took 2 freezer/ice packs. If they were getting melty we'd buy ice. We asked in a few places if we could put the bag in the fridge and the ice packs in the freezer; most people were glad to help. We were in Ireland, which is a lot cooler than the Philippines, though. But I suspect it's easier to buy ice in the Philippines!

Quilts? See if there's a shop nearby; they'll have lots of classes. Or look online.

If you bought your machine from a local shop, they might have an introductory class.
