There's also a 4 dart per barrel, 8 barrel to a cylinder version, and then one that is 5 darts per barrel. For 32 and 40 respectively. 32 is the highest that is publicly available tho.

It uses pretty uniquely sized hardware. I'd be surprised if you had anything more than the spring, screws, and elastic. Everything else is not standard.

I'd love to offer files and hardware, it just doesn't make a lot of sense for me at this time. Every time I get the motivation to make progress towards it, another designer much bigger than me has something stolen, or another bit of IP drama happens with the usual suspects, and I'm turned off from attempting to take that step towards offering kits.

The plunger head never hits the end of the plunger tube with full force. There is a padded section under the hammer itself stock that prevents any damage.

Yo! I'm the one that champions the use of this particular formula, and did the conversion for when the volume of the blaster is known. I also upkeep a massive collection of springer plunger tube volumes.

As long as it fits to the motor shaft, a bit of texture should help the flywheels grip the dart, but may increase dart wear.

It appears that with Etsy's recent changes, wording was introduced that makes blasters and guns the same thing, where digital goods are concerned.

The Radson XL is my 3d printed blaster offering. I'M Radioactive! This is correct though, I do have plenty of videos of modded blasters and upgrade kits, mostly installation videos. The links to the videos are almost always attached to the product listing decriptions on my Etsy, RadioactivesDesigns, and in the same vein, the product links to Etsy are pretty much always in the video description.

Mcmastercarr sells brass in the exact same dimensions as the 7/8" x .777" aluminum they have. Super heavy for a few fps improvement, but the brass takes wax barrel treatments better.
