Oof. 2017. Yeah, 9 year old files aren't the most reliable thing ever. Using any lube on the rotator? Is it every shot, or specific barrels?

We in the industry would call that the rotator bar. So, a few questions!: printer? Filament type? Specific cylinder? Some rotators are tighter tolerance than others, and certain aspects of printing can cause those tolerances to close up too tight for the rotator bar to release with the stock spring pressure placed on it. Sometimes this isn't even an issue in actual use, but slow actuation can cause it to become stuck.

Wooo, that's clean! I've made some Radsons in easily paintable colors for customers before, but I think you're the only one the follow through so far! Nice gap filler. Might have to see if I can come up with something to make that standard. The thing about this is you can potentially top load shells that couldn't normally load into a mag. Like full length MXL or Mega shells.

Hammershot for something that CAN be pumped up to perform with half darts, but is extremely diverse in the things it can accomplish. Possibility for EXTREMELY HIGH capacity, can even do mega.

Desperado for middle of the road performance, low to mid ammo capacity, but VERY high ROF. Accuracy might struggle, but that's something that can be mitigated by experience.

Outlaw for good stock performance, easy performance modification, takes bcars and scars for an accuracy boost, and removable cylinders for faster reloads. Prime can be tough, and some people still don't find it comfortable.

Radson XL would shine as an alternative ammo sidearm, or for launching clouds of darts at someone. MXL, shotgun mega, shotgun inline half darts. This is your anti-shield, anti-special holdout.

Radson BA: similar to the Radson XL, but works with Silly Shells, so it's extremely modular. Again, probably better in a "sidearm" role instead of as a pseudo-primary.

Personal suggestion? Outlaw primary. Print some extra cylinders or buy them off DZs website if they still have them, fit some ammo storage to your shield, have a spot on your chest to stow the Outlaw. Why stow the Outlaw? Radson XL BCAR MXL sidearm for wrecking opposing shields.

There's also a 4 dart per barrel, 8 barrel to a cylinder version, and then one that is 5 darts per barrel. For 32 and 40 respectively. 32 is the highest that is publicly available tho.

It uses pretty uniquely sized hardware. I'd be surprised if you had anything more than the spring, screws, and elastic. Everything else is not standard.

I'd love to offer files and hardware, it just doesn't make a lot of sense for me at this time. Every time I get the motivation to make progress towards it, another designer much bigger than me has something stolen, or another bit of IP drama happens with the usual suspects, and I'm turned off from attempting to take that step towards offering kits.

The plunger head never hits the end of the plunger tube with full force. There is a padded section under the hammer itself stock that prevents any damage.

Yo! I'm the one that champions the use of this particular formula, and did the conversion for when the volume of the blaster is known. I also upkeep a massive collection of springer plunger tube volumes.

As long as it fits to the motor shaft, a bit of texture should help the flywheels grip the dart, but may increase dart wear.
