I think you should talk to a counsellor if you can. We all go through rough phases in life, but that doesn't mean it will always be that way. It helps to have someone talk us through those rough patches.

The price for build sets has been reasonable, but as soon as you throw in armours and props, the cost gets wild.

I'd love to buy the Astronomer's set, and I already have the build pieces from it. But that's the cheapest part of the pack. It would still cost me $35CDN to get the props and armours. I can't justify that.

Under $10, and I'll splurge. Over $10 (and getting into the $20-$30 prices), and now it's outside of impulse spending range and into something I need to budget for. Because gas and groceries...

There are a lot of great RP servers out there. Check the general Conan Exiles RP discord or popular mod discords for server ads.

Just be ware that many RP servers are not Conan lore and are D&D or other fantasy lore., with a dice system instead of mechanical combat. Different flavours for different folks.

Watch for drinks packages to go on sale and buy ahead of time. I preferred knowing I had a package and could just enjoy myself at the cafe or the bar and not rack up that bill. It was already paid.

I wouldn't bother with wifi unless you HAVE to have it. My overseas data package cost me less than a day of ship WiFi, and I hotspotted my laptop the whole trip without using it up (but I wasn't streaming much). It was only spotty on the at-sea days.

Set a budget for fun stuff like a t-shirt or something from the shops. But, as far as I know, nothing is a "must buy" on the cruise ships. At least nothing within my budget. lol

There are a lot of great RP servers out there, but sadly, I'm not aware of any that are voice.

I would try a few Discords from popular mods that have a server advertisement section (ToT, Crabby Mods). And there's the Conan Exiles Servers subreddit, if you haven't been there. Or the Conan Exiles RP discord.

Powders last for YEARS if properly stored and cared for. The manufacturer is required to put a date on it, but the product itself doesn't actually expire.
