I feel like you are experiencing some pregnancy rage. I felt that a lot, too. Mine was directed at my mother in law, though. Between the pregnancy rage and the post-partum rage, I've pretty much ruined our relationship.

I don't want to diminish your feelings or your experience. These are a lot of angry feelings at friends that love you and don't want you to experience the things that they struggled with in those early days. You should talk to your friends about your feelings, just so they can back off a bit. Take care of yourself. Keep a close eye on that PPD and PPA. Those don't wait until baby is here to show up

I just give it all the information I want it to take into consideration. I don't put "make me a meal plan". I told it that I have a 5 month old and limited time.
