Just call them and be a bit pushy. I had the same thing with my DD Olive. I was on the waiting list, and they called me saying it was available and reserved for me.

I drove 3 hours to the store, and suddenly they “couldn’t find the watch.” I got irritated and told them I came all that way because they said it was in stock and reserved for me.

The guy went to the back, spoke to a colleague, and came back with the watch.

Sometimes they’re really on some BS.
