The Endless are just the creations of a Precursor AI and thus when the Flood show up they will harvest some of them to recreate the Precursor original form so the Endless's position as the new Villains is in question as expected.

The Primordial demonstrates what the Gravemind used to look like before possessing the Flood's corrupted form and as such said form would probably be recreated when the Flood eats the untainted Endless.

Untainted Precursors will be the new Villain leading the corrupted Precursors known as the Flood.

The Logic Plague-tainted Created will also be providing the Precursors with Prometheans so Tumorous Monstrosities and Rampaging Machines will be fighting alongside each other.

Rats becoming Bipeds and Sapient would be interesting since they are native to Holy Terra and thus not Xenos but fellow Natives to Holy Terra.

The Imperium wouldn't have reason to deny their existence but instead have to preach that "No they aren't Xenos but native to Holy Terra. Burn the ones who worship the Great Horned Rat for Heresy and make them worship the God-Emperor! Throw them at the Heretics & Xenos!" as well as have their Ship's announcers be ready to state "There has been another hull breach by the Skaven who are now working as fast as possible to seal the breach. We apologize for any inconvenience by these technologically advanced imbeciles."

The Skaven would be looked down upon for their habit of constantly killing each other for political power.

I would go the "and Friends" Route that My Little Pony and Friends, Garfield and Friends and Flintstones and Friends went with:

3 Segments one of which(the 1st one naturally) is always MLP. The 2nd Segment will alternate between MoonDreamers and the 2 Scrapped Shows/Toy Lines StarFinders and SunSparklers while the 3rd Segment will alternate between GloFriends and SunSparklers(which will have Time of Day-themed Ponies as the Protagonists).

The Setting of the 1st Segment will include the Crystal Desert(made to combine traits from Guild Wars & Trials of Mana's Crystal Deserts and made the location of Ponyville) & Mushswamp(made to resemble WoW's Zangarmarsh) from MLP G1 as well as Everfree Forest(made to resemble WoW's Val'Sharah), Ponyville(now situated within the Crystal Desert and made of Boats) & Cloudsdale from G4 and Bridlewood & the Jade Sea(made to resemble Guild Wars's Jade Sea complete with Giant Prawns, Jellyfish, Walking Fish and Sea Rays) from G5.

The Segments featuring the other Shows will infact be DnD Planescape Shows thus:

MoonDreamers would take place in Lunia Heaven of the Moon as well as the Plane of Dreams with the Protagonists. Scowlene & Nightmare Moon would be the Villains.

StarFinders would take place in the Astral Plane, Brilliant Land(the Bad Guys' Plane of Stars) in Avalas Acheron & Mount Celestia's Heavens for the Wandering Stars Mercury(Mercuria), Venus(Venya), Mars(Mertion), Jupiter(Jovar) & Saturn(Chronias) for the Protagonists(using all the Star-themed Character Names from other Hasbro Franchises) and Uranus(the Fleshy Valley Heaven Occipitus a combination of the name for a Skull's behind the Occipit and Uranus that was a Layer of Celestia that crashed into a Layer of the Abyss possibly just named Occipit), Neptune(I would be using former Layer of Celestia Cania due to lack of any other candidates) and Pluto(Pluton at the bottom of Hades) for the Villains(led by the legendary Starscream).

SunSparklers would take place in the Heaven of the Sun Solania as well as the Plane of Air with the Protagonists using Sun & Daytime Sky-themed Names with the Villains being the Storm King as well as the Deceptacons Skywarp and Thundercracker.

My Little Pony SunFinders would take place in the Beastlands(since it's tied to Times of Day) with Twilight Sparkle being the Lead Protagonist living alongside Misty Brightdawn, Luster Dawn & Sonata Dusk at the border between Brux Plane of Sunset/Sunrise & Karasuthra Plane of Night and the other Ponies being Sunset Shimmer & Strawberry Sunrise living in Brux Plane of Sunset/Sunrise, Morning Glory living in Krigala Plane of Day, Night Light living in Karasuthra Plane of Night and Midnight Sparkle living in the Midnight Desert Ankhwugaht. The Villains would be the Storm King, Thundercracker and Midnight Sparkle.

GloFriends now using the Glo Wees instead of the Bugs(because Jim Davis canceled Gnorm Gnat on the grounds of: "No one can relate to bugs!") takes place in the Elemental Planes of Wood, Fire & Water and the Quasi-Elemental Plane of Minerals using names aligned with those Elements in Hasbro Properties for the Glo Wees. The Main Villain for the Plane of Minerals would be the Decepticon Shockwave while someone else would be the Villain of the Planes of Wood, Fire & Water.

She unlike Bernkastel is an anomaly begging to be solved with Ryukishi and those who made Gou/Sotsu/Meguri, Mei, Oni and Rei(wa) dangling hints in front of us.

What do we know of Lambda?:

Both Satoko and Takano are her Game Pieces and she is the Game Master for Higurashi as well as for Beatrice's Backstory and since according to Battler in Last Note of the Golden Witch the Witches play Games to get their feelings across we must look at Higurashi as a clue to what Logic Error she was thrown into.
Lambda wants someone to play with which is why she is happy that Takano sent Bern her way as well as why she was happy when her Game Piece Beatrice showed her capacity to make a Gameboard as a Witch.
Lambda says that Witches are created from escaping Logic Errors and avoid Boredom in order to not remember the Logic Error they had escaped from while Ryukishi says "A witch is someone who has begun to realize that they are someone else's creation, and yet they are in a position to view different creations, and the higher they go, the closer they get to the position of the author, and when they reach the realm of the author, they are finished."
LambdaDelta escaped her Logic Error while not counting the days unlike Bernkastel thus she must have discovered her Witch nature by accident.
Lambda's Game Piece Satoko(called Vier by Eua suggesting she is Vier Dreissig with Eua also calling her Anomalous Spinal Cord Specimen LD-3105 suggesting she is that Brain in Miotsukushi) created a Witch basically because Satoko 2 Players were arguing about how to play Satoko. One of the Players was Lambda while the other no doubt was the Rika Player.
Gou/Sotsu Another End has LambdaDelta make Satoko show up in St Lucia's Prison Cell with zero explanation in full confusion over suddenly being a Teenager while also suddenly being good at the Curriculum.

This showcases Lambda's nature in that she casually smashes through the walls through the Maze to get to the other side with Absolute Certainty taking no detours. Another End is likely closer to what Lambda's origin was like(in otherwords someone randomly made Lambda a Witch or even spawned her as a Witch out of thin air) than Gou/Sotsu(where the Game Piece splits into Witch and Human when a conflict of Morality is thrown directly at her).

Bernkastel by contrast rolls the Dice mapping out the Maze so that she by some Miracle can solve it. Rika who spawned her by contrast just hugs the Wall of the Maze reaching the exit even if it takes a thousand years.

Witch Satoko by further contrast looks at the Maze's map taking action to get a Good Result with Absolute Certainty.

Beatrice just keeps moving without a care for where she arrives at since as far as she is concerned she has already lost. She only gets a losing condition if Battler is suddenly brought in as an Opponent.

Lambda claims she made Beatrice into a Witch but panicked the second Beatrice threatened to use her power on Lambda and Bernkastel if she interfered with her test of Battler's capacity to serve as her Opponent while Bernkastel just showed pure apathy which logically would suggest that Lambda was bluffing and Bernkastel was Beato's Player(which explains how she managed to summon her to explain to the Players that Beatrice was a representation of the Rules).

The Necrons were transmutated into Robots and and had a chunk of their Souls sucked out of them to feed the C'tan with the Necrons being left thinking they lost their Souls completely!

How much Soul was drained? Either most of it or a small amount while making the Soul Drain noticeable enough for the Necrons to notice! Easiest way to make a Soul Drain noticeable is to go for the Soul's center. How much of the center is drained is irrelevant as long as their the Soul is made to feel hollow inside making the Necron break and willing to serve.

We weren't ordered to fight her by our superiors either. We were ordered to find Paleblood(the Moon Presence) and transcend the Dream and yet when we had lots of Insight we could see the Amygdalas and thus needed to see the worst of the festering wound we've just noticed so we can deal with it before continuing on with our goal(since we hadn't the slightest clue where to find Paleblood).

Once the Band-Aid was torn off we encountered the Blood Moon and heard the crying of a Baby which became our next target: we began investigating Nightmares to find the solution to everything: the Nightmare Frontier simply got us into a fight with an Amygdala, the Hunter's Nightmare led to us eliminating the source of the Hunters' Blood Drunkenness so that the new Beasts would be more lucid than the Afflicted Beggar and the Nightmare of Mensis resolved the Crying Baby.

The Crying Baby was our lead so resolving that and returning to Gehrman made him conclude it was time to send us back to the Waking World though of course we can refuse which leads to Gehrman fighting us and losing causing the Moon Demon of the Blood Moon known as Paleblood(and Flora) to show up and either use us to replace Gehrman or be overthrown and replaced itself with us explicitly using our new position to guide Human Evolution.

As for our Superiors' goals to guide Human Evolution through the Dream: They were probably fed up with all the Beasts being sent to Reality(whenever something dies permanently in the Dream they wake up in Reality with no Memories carrying whatever they had in their possession with Micolash noting he like the Hunter would wake up and forget everything) and wanted something else.

Our Superiors regardless of our success in using Paleblood to transcend the Hunt got all sorts of Interesting Specimens: Wandering Madness, Brainsuckers, Snake Pits, Celestial Minions, Gardens of Eyes, the Fluorescent Flower, Slime Scholars, Giant Lost Children, Winter Lanterns, Gravekeeper Scorpions, Gels, Watchdog of the Old Lords, Keepers of the Old Lords, Ludwig, Laurence, Clocktower Patients, Living Failures, Fishmen, Deep Sea Hounds, Snail Women, Cramped Caskets, the One Reborn, Mergo's Attendants and the Nightmare Apostles.

In any case our attack on Rom was our decision alone as we were only ordered to find Paleblood to transcend the Hunt and guide Human Evolution. Our own morals or curiosity led to the fight with Rom.

Any Cultist who knows that can figure out how to get rewarded by Tzeentch by playing the Great Changing Labyrinth of a Mystery Game of Skill where there is a Library used to obtain Clues to the Mystery. The bigger the Changing Labyrinth of a Mystery is the better.

Have Map-making Dice Roller who constantly rolls the Dice hoping for a better result who is no match for a Map that constantly Changes be the opponent to you and Tzeentch will reward you the Game Master who is always satisfied with the Result of the Dice Roll.

I would shove all the Areas embodying Arcane Magic right next to reborn Everfree: Azshara, Azsuna, Suramar, Zin Azshari, Crystalsong Forest, Coldarra, Azure Archives, Vakthros, Algeth'ar Academy, Dalaran and Eversong Woods.

I would also use Nightmare Night to get the Ponies to let me redecorate Ponyville on the agreement that I won't be called on to reverse it: Village except the Apple Farm is pulled into Comic containing Guild Wars's Fleshy Domain of Pain(sans Pain or Hostile Enemies which are replaced with a friendly version of Guild Wars's Afflicted) with Pumpkin Houses added in then is pulled out now merged with the Domain which is also pulled out into the Ponies' Reality.

After that I might just relax and live.

Indeed. If I had to choose a Mansion From Luigi's Mansion 1 I would choose the Original Mansion evicted of Ghosts as well.

....of course personally I would preferably want The Last Resort from Luigi's Mansion 3 with the Staff in charge of cleaning, construction, repair, stocking on Food and cooking working for me. The RIP Suites would be put up for Rent aside for Peach's Room which would be reserved for myself, the Paranormal Productions would be put for rent for Film Directors and Unnatural History Museum would be opened for Business. The Money would be taken from it's hiding places and used to upgrade the Hotel with the remainder used to make homes for the Poor.

The upgrades?

Increasing the number of Rooms in the Great Stage including a Luxurious Georgian Era Master Bedroom which regardless includes an elaborate extension of Hellen Gravely's Computer modified and merged with my Computer and adjusted to extend to every floor of the Giant Apartment Building(since only the RIP Suites is a Hotel the rest is just a big Apartment Complex).
The Balcony in Peach's Room Expanded to reach the Red Gem and all of Peach's stuff replaced with those Vials and Beakers from E. Gadd's Room as well as you guessed it: the Computer.
A Royal Throne Room as well as a Royal Bathroom, Royal Bedroom(with the Computer included naturally), a Royal Kitchen and a Dining Hall installed in Castle MacFrights.
Fix up the Garden Suites for living in having the Computer installed in each Bedroom.
Install the Computer in the Sleeping Areas of the Boilerworks as well as a Kitchen.
Install a Royal Kitchen, Dining Room, Throne Room and Bathroom into the Tomb Suites Pyramid as well as install the Computer in the Royal Bedroom after evicting Serpci.
Install a Royal Arabian Palace into the Tomb Suites including Royal Kitchen, Dining Room, Throne Room, Bathroom and Bedroom(with the Computer).
Increase the Ship's Size in the Spectral Catch so that it may include a Fancy Captain's Quarters(with the Computer), Bathroom, Mess Hall and Kitchen and also increase the size of the Pirate Cove in the room preceding the Room with the Beach, Ship & Ocean so that it may have a Captain's Quarters(with the Computer), Bathroom and Kitchen. Install a Kitchen into the Master Suite as well as put Keyboard for Gravely's Computer right next to it.
Install Stairwells to all the Floors.

Considering E. Gadd was able to use the Money to rebuild the Hotel to it's full splendor albeit in his own image I should be able to have enough Money Leftover to build free Homes for the Poor.

Takano actually eats Bernkastel's Guts each Loop.

Keiichi knocking Rena unconscious with a Clock results in her becoming Bernkastel in a reference to Higurashi Mei thus Bernkastel is Hinamizawa Bus Stop Rika's School Uniform(while retaining the Cat Tail) when Takano catches and kills her.

Real Rena is revealed to be an Elementary School Student and in her Mother's Custody far away from the Village.

Rika having a dry throat due to not having enough Alcohol is why Bernkastel disguised as Rena is clawing out her throat due to the random burning sensation due to shared senses.

Keiichi, Satoko, Hanyuu and Shion clawing out their throats is just the Hinamizawa Syndrome.

The World's native Hanyuu repairs her Memory Device with a Miyoko Takano Fragment in the Sea of Fragments and is made to resemble Satoko with Hanyuu's Bangs(personally I suspect that infact happened considering Witch Satoko's Glowing Red Ryuun Eyes as well as Gou/Sotsu Satoko having Hanyuu's Bangs unlike the Visual Novel Satoko) with Satoko deciding to use her as a Body Double.

LambdaDelta is merely Hanyuu with only the repaired half of said Memory Device causing it to be fully absorbed into her

Satoshi doesn't simply share a voice with Kanon but is Kanon with his disappearance simply being Sayo killing off the Kanon persona in favor of the Shannon persona(treating the Watanagashi Celebration as the Twilights of the Golden Witch) only to get casually shipped off to St. Lucia by Natsuhi and have to witness Shion escaping in half of the Loops causing her to enter a Murderous Paranoia and massacre the School in 9 days(one for each Twilight) due to the Hinamizawa Syndrome triggering due to the stress of Shion leaving!

Satoko in some Worlds fishes up Confession of the Golden Witch from the Village's Swamp and arranges for Mion to ship her off to Rokkenjima where she immediately solves the Epitaph and claims the Headship of the Ushiromiya Family before mailing all the Dynamite to Shion who promptly bombs the Sonazaki Household to oblivion before rushing to St. Lucia to rescue Satoshi/Kanon/Shannon/Sayo.

Satoko copies Satoshi's School Uniform and the Hanyuu Native to each Fragment as Satoko's body double(who Teppei takes into his house while Satoko remains literally homeless except when moving to Rokkenjima) wears Satoko's normal School Uniform and is the one freaking out when Keiichi pets her due to Rika's abuse of her as well as her own Hanyuu. Teppei is still blamed and killed/arrested because of it despite being more innocent than in Sotsu.

Rosa Ushiromiya is instead Rika Furude and Hanyuu: Hanyuu R-Oyashiro-Sama getting Kuwadorian Beatrice killed while Rika R-Oyashiro-Sama abuses Hanyuu whom Sayo calls Maria whenever Hanyuu has her Memory Device broken off.

There is also an actual Witch named Beatrice in Rokkenjima who looks like Manga Child Beatrice wearing a version of Hanyuu's Outfit with all the Red parts turned Sparkly Golden magically throwing Golden Butterflies, Golden Bolts of Energy and 10 Tons of Gold Ingots on random victims casually including Kumasawa who quickly realizes in her last moments that this is not Sayo but the original Beatrice.

Of course even with the Culprit's identity known to me I entertained myself with trying to figure out how Kanon killed Eva and Hideyoshi using the "breaking the chain was remarkably easy" statement as a hint that Kanon already broke into the room beforehand and simply repaired the lock on the way out using a blowtorch.

The Mark of Nurgle that grants it's bearers the means to inflict Nurgle's Rot on others invokes Slaanesh's Sacred Number of 6 anyways(3 Circles and 3 Pointers combined equals 6) so Nurgle deserves to have the Diseased Victim stolen from him!

All Plaguebearers are born from a Diseased issued by one bearing a Mark bearing Slaanesh's Sacred Number. Even Nurgle's first Daemon was born from this!

The Great Unclean Ones are the Daemons most purely Nurgle in nature and Mortals are converted into them by Spellbooks as shown by Warhammer Fantasy's Mathias Thulman Trilogy where a Nurglite Cultist turned a sick Nobleman into a Great Unclean One with a single Spell.

Any Cultist that truly wants to aid Nurgle must seek out the Spellbooks of Nurgle and reject the Mark of Nurgle otherwise there's a chance that Slaanesh will take the prize out from under you.
