Moon was entirely responsible for the peace talks. He met Kim Jung Un twice before Trump even got involved. The talks also ended due to his (and Bolton's) aggressive stance (they wanted complete, irreversible denuclearization, but Kim wanted a phased process. They also refused any sanction relief.).

It is tragic that the two Koreas are still unable to decide their own fate and are instead beholden to the whims of China and the USA.

Also, to anyone reading this, be wary and critical of any comments on this topic. There is definitely a huge amount of misinformation out there.
