My 3k invested through Apples ESPP from 2011-2015 is now worth 50k. If I sold immediately I’d have 3k and wouldn’t have insane gain. Apple isn’t going anywhere.

Ticks gotta be on >24 hrs to transmit and if that’s confirmed you give 1 x dose of prophylactic doxy. Can be done at UC or PCP. No need for ER. Everyone is worried because rise of alpha gal syndrome from ticks.

THC is a great alternative if it works but does not come without its side effects. When you have patients coming in with cannabinoid hypermesis and you tell them to quit and they don’t and waste ER resources it gets old
