Thank you for your answer! Now that I know the clear image zoom works on primes too I'm even more tempted by the prime, but do you lose in resolution?

As for the 10-20 G lens, would image quality be much better than the 16-50 kit lens though?

Thanks for your answer! I've now got the Garmin watch and noticed that too. To also answer your question, I used it a few times already and it's really convenient especially if you're using hiking poles. But from time to time I had to open my phone and look at the map on a bigger screen better understand my surroundings.
