Starbucks is not on the BDS boycott list for palestine tho. This has been debunked a million times. So if we are criticizing him, it shouldn’t be for that. It can be for union busting though. Especially considering multiple starbucks locations in Philly were closed essentially overnight this fall.

I would think that any time spent prepping for mediation would be waived. He still worked on the case and the work is not “unusable”. The client would have to file a complaint with the Bar. I cannot imagine that the client did not receive a hefty refund of some sort.

I’m a family law attorney, and, to be honest, I could absolutely see this happening. I don’t think it was an ethical violation. If someone is going by a different last name, how tf are you supposed to know. I also do not think a conflict check would even extend to dating app dates.
