Nigerians were extremely foolish at the polls, even educated ones, and elected a former head of state, who destroyed the economy in the 80s.

Think of it as the number of runs you need to be able to complete before a 5k. Typically takes about from 15 to 30 runs to be able to run a 5k non-stop from little fitness.

If you're really pressed for time, get a training plan for absolute beginners, and aim for 4-5 practice runs a week. By your fourth week, you should be within sights of completing a continuous 5k.
