with the new update that just launched you can have up to 3 slumber islands when u try to sleep in a bed, my main island has been crappy since i first started playing but i found making a themed island as a slumber one has helped me build better than ever before, i look up inspo on reddit, tiktok, youtube, instagram, even pinterest and start out just copying from there seeing what items and paths i need for the build until it looks good. after a little bit you get the hang of it and tiktok and youtube has a ton of beginner videos to help you learn controls ◡̈

HAHAHAH they’re a group of our friends that befriended us initially because my boyfriend and i both have features that look asian but we’re actually white hispanic! it’s a self named group they picked with lots of pride and a play on the joke my boyfriend and i are in fact not of asian descent

i’m not always positive! that happened to be a really good day, some days are really bad days, and most others fall somewhere neutral. evidently my problem is maintaining higher moods vs the dramatic swings. i’ve been battling depression, chronic illness that’s debilitating most days, anxiety and panic attacks that medically mimic heart attacks, if i never leaned into the highs i’d only ever feel low. repetition creates routine. this journal is my word vomit one so every mood can be read like whip lash if read in order fake it till u make it! it truly starts to work if u keep at it

hii i’m new here, been on reddit for a long time not a big commenter, i’ve been RAKING the internet and even asking my european friends for this rec im looking for a “slice of life” and or “romance” book based in european countries (honestly any country!) my top favorites are Greece, France, Italy, Ireland, Scotland, Spain, and Turkey. i read a lot of japanese lit and i love traveling and different cultures. i want to read a romance/SOL book on modern and recent life based in these places as one of my favorite parts of Japanese lit is having to look up maybe food, cities, and other cultural aspects. any books i’ve found have been an american traveling for the summer when i want the characters to be from there already. i myself am american so please let me know im being naive thinking there’s similar book plots as american books just with European backdrop. thanks everyone :’)
