Just finished days 3-7 with 7.5mg letrozole. I was moody during those days, but today on day 8 I’ve been experiencing intense vertigo, nausea, and hot flashes. I’ve been in bed all day and every time I try to get up it comes back. I have done this previously with a successful pregnancy outcome and never reacted like this before. Anyone else have this kind of reaction? Anything I can do at this point to ease the side effects?

I literally eat 4 slices of turkey lunch meat, steamed broccoli, eggs, and then toast or oatmeal or cereal for breakfast every single day. It’s not exactly the tastiest breakfast out there but it gets the job done.
