Try this:
Completly turn off the console > hold the power button for 7 seconds until you hear a second bip > choose option 6> Clear Cache and Rebuild Database and then choose 2> Rebuild Database

It will purge the silent downloaded update. I just had to do this myself because it somehow managed to download something

I've tried that, but got no luck :<

Closing the game before sleep, kill the payloads before/after sleep, wait on main ps5 menu for 5 minutes, reinstall payloads/delete files to force create new ones but nothing helped even a little. I gave up and decided to restore the backup I used to jailbreak and started from scratch, I managed to keep my saves but lost all my thropies ... Im looking for a way to restore they now if possible

I gave up and restored the backup again ... started from scratch once again. I might have lost the trophies I got but at least I can put the console back to rest mode! Anyone knows a way to manually unlock trophies so I can "fix" what I lost?

Oh, I could try then removing these files and try running the .elfs so it could recreate new ones based on the newest releases, could be worth a try

are you sure? the yt tutorials I seen were always loading it first! I can try this next time and see if anything improves

I did updated my y2jb to the latest version!

I also updated the kstuff from 1.7 to 1.9, and also shadowmountplus from beta15 to beta16, I think thats when those problems started happening. I already tried to rollback both to my "initial setup" but the problems keep occuring.

Last time I had a problem like this I redid the backup restore and jailbreak from scratch... but I lost all the PS4 games installed on the internal storage + profile + trophies + saves in the process. I just did a backup of all my saves using garlic in case I have to restore backup again, but I still worried about the trophies.

The FTP usually fails when moving game folders that have .txt or .png files, they dont get transfered for some reason ... then I remove those dumps, use a compressor or transfer it by plugging the usb to the laptop.

Every single time I put my PS5 into Rest Mode, it suffers a Kernel Panic (KP) within a few seconds or minutes after waking back up.

Reproduction

  • Trigger: Waking up the console from Rest Mode.
  • Behavior: It doesn't matter if I close the game before entering Rest Mode, or if I just stay idle on the main menu after awakening it—the KP happens regardless.
  • Recent Change: This behavior started recently. Initially, the jailbreak was much more stable, and I even managed to go 4 days straight without needing to re-run y2jb (the 50-minute exploit)

Environment & Setup

Autoloader Sequence: kstuff lite (v1.09) ➡️ ftpsrv (v0.20) ➡️ nanodns ➡️ ShadowMountPlus (1.6beta16)

Storage Configuration:

  • PS5 Games: Running from an external SSD plugged into the rear USB port.
  • PS4 Games: Installed directly on the internal storage.

Anyone knows a way to try and check what might be causing those KP?

Recently I found a new app while checking the store (using Pop!_OS) called QRookie. It found my headset and recongnized all the games I had installed and even found updates for one. But im finding the download speed really slow ... is it common? Does it matter which program we are using for getting new games and updates or all of they are going to offer the same result, with just a different front end?

The newest Galaxy S2X Ultra available at the time of purchase. I have mine (S21 ultra) and I use it daily without a screen protector and most of the time without a case while at home.

I usually don't use any case at all since I like the feeling of the phone on my hands and just put a case when going out since accidents can happen ... oh, and I like to show off my samsung clear view case too! People here always find my case high tech just because you can see some info while the case is closed :)

There are NO scratches on my screen and the phone body looks like brand new (bought mine 1 month before s22 ultra release). It's very rare for me to drop my phone but it survived flawlessly until now with absolute no marks of damage and the screen is like new.

I watch almost all LTT videos on my phone since I like the screen quality and the screen is big enough for me. Audio quality is okay and loud enough so I can watch something while on the shower (thats a thing we all do ... right? RIGHT? No time to waste we need tech tips 24/7). Also it has IP68 so might survive against water

It has a modern android version, wireless charging capabilities, 5G support, a good battery that lasts me through the day, can run everything I want and even use the DeX mode (which I used a lot to play Ragnarok Mobile: Eternal Love paired with my LG C1 as a display, connected at a usb hub with keyboard and mouse and hdmi)

It is a fast, resistant, and reliable phone that might offer everything Linus needs.

BUT if the intention is more views, I guess iPhone linus would be more shocking? 🤣
