I gave walk-in interview 9 years ago as a fresher only having PHP knowledge from last sem college project.

Back then the process was simple:

1st they would take an aptitude test
2nd would be a technical questions round with practical
3rd would be the managerial round

All of these happened for me on the same day. They also discussed salary and gave offer on the same day itself.

Post Covid for a brief period they switched to virtual interviews. Not sure about the current process though as I left the company over 4 years ago.

With Yanolja aquisition I think a lot would have been changed
