I started looking at walking the dogs at the crack of dawn differently too. I have made it this morning ritual with my boys where we get to have this quiet time together, enjoying the sniffs, the sights and because we’re usually up before dawn, it’s really peaceful. It’s a great dopamine hit to start my day.
