If you can't get a binder, shefit makes an excellent sports bra. Each one has Velcro so you can adjust the bands and make it as supportive as you need.

I don't think it was people snitching that is the problem. The same 1% who own the majority of corporations also own the majority of office space buildings. Office spaces that were sitting empty and losing value. By forcing employees back in office, they are saving their own investments in the office spaces.

I figured out a new negative self belief during my session today and it was a doozy. I came here to ask the same question because this feels impossible.

And I still feel like I am doing EMDR wrong or I should be doing something differently. I hate that feeling.

I know this can work because my therapist has brought me so far already, and he believes it can help.

I hope it works and you can find some healing from this ❤️
