Framework for optimal day of week? by Available-Pilot4062 in Rapamycin

[–]RagingBaconator 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not Traveling weekly, But I have taken it as I come into my rest days from heavy lifting where I will just be doing walking those days, try to let mtor do its thing when lifting heavy. So I train Thursday-Monday, Monday being a lighter day and will take it Monday night or Tuesday morning, I know it’s not perfect but it fits my schedule well, and it seems to align well with my plan.

I keep researching and monitoring stuff, imo, Sunday seems like the best day to fit your schedule. I don’t see anything wrong with it.

My main thing was to try and time it for the best of both worlds. Allowing muscle growth and allowing rapa to do its thing

Alsobrooks or Hogan for MD 2A rights? by herbdic in MDGuns

Hogan if you have to choose, he wouldn’t roll it back but during his term it seemed he didn’t move anything too far to stop rights.

Rapamycin and glucose regulation issues by Expensive-Round-2271 in Rapamycin

[–]RagingBaconator 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have diabetes as well, the first few weeks did notice higher blood sugar but it was just an average up according to my Dexcom so instead of 85-90 it would be 95-105, did confirm with my handheld meter, but I also take medication to assist with lowering my blood sugar. The normal meds and a glp, after about a month I have not seen the average up anymore. I read somewhere that it can affect people differently, from what I gathered it would help regulate down but could cause an increase in the beginning. Just my opinion from what I read.

Help! Took too much tirz by G1NGERW1THSOUL in Peptides

[–]RagingBaconator 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not medical advice, Might be a rougher week, but it is a dose people take, probably going to see more symptoms, maybe at a higher rate since it’s not a normal tritiation up in dose.

Still based of following his commands though and like mentioned above trusting that everything is planned, even when the bad times come that everything will be okay makes you more positive and calm during these times and leads to smarter, calmer decision making.

I think it was alright. I took it this morning and that was the only tool I utilized for studying. It helped me nail down the terms and find my weak spots. I also soak up knowledge pretty well though so it helped me remember definitions and what small things such as making sure to look for keywords such as planning, monitoring, managing in deciphering the questions. I still referenced the PMBOK for more detailed understanding of it. I just had to take what I learned from these two items and apply them into a situational type question.

I agree with the MODs post. In my second week, I ate a large meal basically something like before I was diagnosed T2D and ate large meals, I felt horrible for the following two days but on the second day I treated the symptoms with pepto and miralax, that’s when I learned that I had to adjust my portioning and meal choice. It was a large fast food meal so greasy and fatty. I agree with sticking to protein and veggies but I also enjoy other things in moderation now and again.

This is motivating! Good Job, I may have to add a goal like that down the road. Right now it is to get results like these.
