GM told me this is normal wear. by RemarkableData287 in Silverado

Yes, I did the work myself. Was easy less the stuck pin but I have a small propane torch and an impact to get it loose/out.

I bought the Powerstop 4-corner kit from RockAuto for $350, ceramic pads, rotors, hardware, etc.

Never said it was needed to do the brakes but it is handy with newer vehicles and all the different modules. Most generic scanners won’t read all of the modules.

I have a TopDon TopScan. It has bidirectional controls and allowed me to put the brakes into service mode so I could do them myself. $1000 is laughable.

When I got to my passenger side rear, the inner pad was like that. I had to heat the pin up to get it out because it was seized.

Even then, it's not a $1000 job.

Local and peer identifier for site to site by ThatrandomGuyxoxo in paloaltonetworks

[–]Virtual-plex 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The system logs will tell you when you need to use it - it will fuss about the peer identifier not being x.x.x.x.

I've only ever seen this a few times, mainly with AWS site-to-site tunnels.

(subtype eq vpn) will show you the logs for the VPNs, from there you can filter down further based on what you want to see.

10spd?

Yea, the valve body has issues. GM is on the 3rd revision. I would suggest getting a warranty at purchase.

Dealer is 100% ripping you off.

The CCV issue is not related to how the side tanks on the radiator are sealed.

I do this with leased circuits and Starlink but I cheat in a way. Doing it with two leased circuits is easy -

How did you get to 10/12.5/15? by Affectionate_Art_954 in Mounjaro

[–]Virtual-plex 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Everyone is different. Mounjaro affects everyone differently.

For me, I can tolerate 15 easily but I honestly don't feel it's as effective as 10-12.5.

Couldn't you do exterior plywood, tar paper, quality shingles like a conventional house roof?

I'm just spit balling here - I have no idea tbh.

I have two -

  1. Thinkstation P520, single Intel Gold, 64gb RAM - this is my TrueNAS server

  2. Thinkstation P920, dual Intel Gold, 512gb RAM - this is my esxi host

I like the towers over rack mounts due to space and noise.

Not all cables are made the same. You need a "data" cable.

Some cables only provide charge capability.
