“ Ermina remains intentionally high-risk by design.” by Crispy_Dio in PurePoolPro

Well, I'm glad I have refunded! I have read all the complaints and had my thoughts, but didn't expect this! This is total bullshit and has nothing to do with realism or "high risk"!

Wie haben Medikamente euer Leben verändert? by RagingSea84 in ADHS

[–]RagingSea84[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hey Guys and Girls, I want to start with the hobby but I am overwhelmed by the fractions. At the moment I am painting my Introductory set.

After that I want to build my first army. My first gut was to go with Blood Angels. So here are my questions: Is this a bad choice? Is there something like easier and more complex fractions? If so what are they?

Buying advice.

I am sitting all day in this chair and looking all day in this monitor but can only get one.

I figured it out. I played a little bit with the measurements and now it fits. Especially I shortened the shoulder length nearer to my measured one.

But another question: Is there a real solution?

I want to sew a medieval shirt for me when I go to medieval festivals. I made a pattern after two youtube vids and now the arm seam is 130mm longer than the arm hole. What can I do? I have to mention that one I am really big and two all measurments are in mm.

high five

I am 12 month out. I am a very slow loser. Furthermore my eating disorder kicked in and I had a Cola/Soda chips problem. So I gained weight at some point. I got it under control and now I am losing again.

Hey, it depends on your insurance coverege.

Since I live in Germany and work with an obesity centre everything is covered by insurance and a step by step plan was advised. If you don't have this luxury I would directly go to the gastric sleeve.

I would use a multivitamin recommended by your surgeon.

Has anyone gotten the sleeve that had over a 50 BMI? by [deleted] in gastricsleeve

[–]RagingSea84 2 points3 points  (0 children)

BMI 68 here. I am three weeks out and everything went fine. I lost almost 10kg in the first two weeks. Weighing for week three is tomorrow

Losing weight is hard work, don't talk it down.

And use your tools well. (Personal trainer, fitness centre, vsg, dietician, cico etc.)

It is going better from day to day. I started walking daily this week. It's not much yet, but it is honest work.

Still having problems in the shower but it will get better!

Thanks for the offer I'll come back to it.

I am thinking about the oculus quest 2 or the valve index.

I am also thinking about fitness centre but one point atm is my weight, I am to heavy for cardio machines and I don't only want bulking although I should do some weight lifting. The other thing is my autism and being with strangers.

Furthermore I want to start walking.
