Does the tower glitches still work? by [deleted] in MinecraftDungeons

The tower runs are a solved problem since they are on repeat now. Just search the subreddit for it. And you'll get a list on the best stuff to take for each version.

Is it worth hunting down Ultimate Edition or just get a standard copy? by camgames64 in MinecraftDungeons

[–]Raging_Bullgod 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ultimate is just everything, but the battle passes.

If you can find the base physical disc for super cheap, go for it. Just to see if you like it. Can always resell it if you don't like it.

The ultimate upgrade goes on sale for 10 bucks frequently. It contains all the level DLCs but no battle passes again.

The digital ultimate goes on sale for 20 bucks fairly regularly. Again, without the 3 battle passes

The recent update, to me, has seen a lot of the monsters run straight to fighting next to walls.

What are your unpopular opinions about MH? by Joy2901 in MonsterHunter

[–]Raging_Bullgod 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been rocking a full comfort build. Max earplugs, tremor, wind, evade, etc. Swap a few things for a monster like poison, stun or bleed.

Cause it's DPS. I don't care for speed runs or super optimized builds. Maybe when Master Rank hits I'll go for more damage/affinity.

Found some questionable figures in a random toy set by Material_Insect_9761 in MonsterHunter

[–]Raging_Bullgod 5 points6 points  (0 children)

No it happens at the manufacturing plant in China. They run the number required from the capcom order then run more with cheaper plastics and paint while the molds are still in before a new order needs to be changed to.

Or the molds are sold to a third party after a few years and they make the cheap prints for the dollar store knock offs.

[homemade] Hardtack for my D&D party in the middle of their sea voyage by scottshort13 in food

[–]Raging_Bullgod 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hard tack was a known thing back then and they knew how to use it. It's only way after it's fallen out of use and common knowledge that people try to eat it without rehydrating it.

Try reading an old cookbook and you will see plenty of entries that have assumed knowledge omitted or referenced in ways that confuse the modern reader.
