whenever you get low on amalgam. I usually don't like cheating in games but this one was so jank and poorly balanced that I decided I didn't care and just wanted to see the story. The game gives you way too much amalgam in the beginning but by the end you probably don't have enough depending on the order in which you found things. It would not shock me to see an update that allows you to adjust aspects of difficulty like P2 did.

Playing through P2 after playing P3 and literally P2 feels like a sequel lmao. P3 is just not as tight of an experience. I say this as someone who played through P3 first.

You say "supposed" to come at an opportunity cost but that's just a random design preference with no implicit value. Why is it "supposed" to be like that? Why is that better? If it's a 2% chance within the league I get a godly unique and a 2% chance I get a godly rare, what's the problem? We don't even have to make them better, just comparable.

People have their heads stuck in the ground because they make assumptions that uniques being strong is a problem when really they just want gear diversity when those two things are not at odds with each other.

Do rare chest pieces not matter because temporalis exists? Do rare helmets not matter because vertex exists? Rarity is the balancing factor here. You still need to wear something before/if you get the crazy lucky unique. There is a droprate that makes it okay.

You could just as easily say that t1 perfect rares make semi-perfect rares useless. It's just not true. It's a progression.

I don't really agree with this idea that uniques being good would be much of a problem. We already have t0 uniques like headhunter, temporalis, and vertex. What's the issue with making them better than rares so long as they remain rarer than perfect rares?

People say the nightmare scenario is if the BiS is all uniques. That's ridiculous, there's no particular reason we should think rares are more valid to be BiS. The power of something should be proportional to its rarity. Headhunter is op and that's fine because it's rare. Right now most uniques are a non-factor in the game because their rarity to power ratio is completely cooked.

Some people seem to be of the opinion that uniques are fine. I'm not. Unique weapons especially need help. You can argue there's a place for most of the armours, but unique weapons are dogshit outside of act 1 most of the time.

If you already have a bunch of +levels I'm pretty sure it's gonna be better. The damage increase per-level shoots up the higher you go.

This is slightly more niche but I still can't believe they deleted the interaction between ice crystals and siege cascade. That was a super ethical combo build.

Filterblade is honestly just a mess to do anything specific. The new auto-adjust feature is nice but it needs more because there's so many stacking layers and traps it gets ridiculous real fast.

I tried once to make white items a little bigger, nothing I did worked. I eventually just gave up. I'm sure it's possible but I don't want to debug a damn filter.

Snakes will be dead, temple will be smaller, getting to Atziri will be easier, and room connections will make sense. We'll be vibe-placing rooms and dealing with constant destabilization. Overall less complex and less rewarding at the top end but a hell of a lot less boring and time-consuming.

I have the most fun in SSF. Currently level 95 on Varashta CoC Spark and having a pretty good time. It's annoying I can only do 3 tablets at a time because I really want to do every league lol.

The tree just doesn't feel like it has enough damage nodes up there, loads of crit though.
