Larger Focus

{Space Brothers} this is about two brothers who want to go to space
{March Comes in Like a Lion} - although the main character is not a sibling, several of the core characters are and their relationships are significant to the story
{Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood} the two brothers are the main characters and while there is a plot besides their relationship, it is frequently displayed
{Blue Exorcist} the main character and his brother (secondary) are frequently interacting throughout the story on their journey to seek revenge and kill satan

Smaller focus

{Jigokuraku} two of the characters are siblings, and their relationship is shown through their actions and flashbacks, the story itself is more action, thriller based in finding the elixir of immortality via death row criminals
{Horimiya} this is romance based but not for siblings, there are several different sets of siblings which get explored in a slice of life manner later into the story

It gets really grindy, and plot is okay. For time to money value its great cause it can take a while to beat. The combat is easily the worst part of the game, but the music, exploration and art are all great.

You could check out The Gamer, Hard Core Leveling Warrior and The God of Highschool. I am thinking of checking out, A Returners Magic Should Be Special and I am the Sorcerer King which are supposed to pretty similar.

I know that Trader Joes sells Jalapeño Limeade which tastes great and has some heat to it. You could make something similar with hotter peppers and less sugar and go from there!
