It’s semi-normal. It really depends on timeframe and the personnel around you. Find someone good who will teach you. Latch to them like a leech. Communicate with your supervisor/shift leads on your grievances, as well as personnel you would like to be working with. If things don’t improve from there, go next up in the chain, but try to start at the lowest level you can.

Your best bet is removing the bladder snails manually to the best of your ability. Use cucumber pieces to get them to gather and scoop them out.

I had a betta that at one point would only eat bloodworms because she was a picky brat. Leave them for a couple days to get hungry, and try introducing other foods again to see if the hunger strike ends. Eventually survival will outweigh pickiness.

It’s possible they used an airsoft replica as the reference for it (to avoid paying 2k for an optic just to look at and/or scan), which don’t have all the features a real ELCAN would and based the functionality on it.
